Currently, I do too for myself.  Being an entertainer, I use it for gigs
and such like.  However, I was thinking of creating a second appointment
book for, say if I worked in a doctor's office, or a place where I was
scheduling appointments for somebody else.

Personally, I use the BN for both work and home, because it has an alarm
feature. I also use the Outlook Calendar. I have it configured a little
differently where it's not hard to use at all. Marry Christmas, Sharonda
