Lois, it's been a while since I was on NLS, but I think you need
to do the save command, which is s chord with the braille
keyboard. Then choose destination and filename.
Hope this works.
If not, I'm sure someone else on the list will chime in!

Hello,
I am trying to download a magazine from nls web braille. I get
as far as
reading the agreement and accepting best for notetakers. When I
push the
button, nothing happens. I don't get any prompts. I can then
read it
online, but no download happens. Am I missing something? At
this point, I
can't go back or forward. Any help or ideas would be most
appreciated.
