[Braillenote] Braille intensity

I have tried to reduce the intensity of braille on the display by 
going into the options menu and choosing a less-than maximal value 
for intensity, but to zero effect.  Is there some issue in Keysoft 
that has broken the braille intensity setting, or is there something 
I'm missing?
