Alex, find and replace is the only thing I can do. Wish I didn't
have to, that's all.
Thanks.

I do not believe a pronunciation resolution is possible, but what
about doing a find and replace for the signs in question?
Have a great day,

Subject: [Braillenote] Dot-5 UK signs
Normally, someone comes along and answers my questions. but
a
couple of them have been ignored. Here's one that bothers me a
good deal.
I like to use the British signs that one finds in the Bible:
dot-5 G
for God; dot-5 J for Jesus, etc. But, of course, you cannot
enter
these into your pronunciation dictionary because they have a
dot-5,
which is a computer sign for a quotation mark, I think.
Is there a way to set the Braille note to recognize and read
properly
in words these added dot-5 signs. Isn't there a possibility of
adding these few signs to one of the braille systems? I thought
that
UK braille used dot-5 C for Christ, etc.
Or has that gone away with the advent of computer braille? In
any
event, is there a way to get the BN to read these signs as
words--or
do I have to first translate them out of my documents back to
their
originals in order to have the words read correctly. ]
I can make "gl" stand for glory; and "gr" stand for grace. Any
help
appreciated.
