What version of KeySoft is your unit running right now? Reason why I ask is that some older versions of KeySoft download to the system disk and it just doesn't have enough space to download a new version of KeySoft like KS 7.2 build 47. I forget which versions do this, but one of the real gurus here will know. Happy downloading.
