Keith,
Everyone has given great suggestions. I would add to the list that to
make sure you're intering the WEP key numbers as lower digits and
letters as upper dots. So a one is dot 2 and not dot 1.
Also, as I faced a similar situation not too long ago, I called tech
support and talked to a very helpful young man. He had me erase my
directory and rebuild it. I have no steps, so I suggest trying to give
tech support a call if all else fails.
