I still think that it may be the card.  I had the card that 
humanware sent me with the voicenote and it acted like it might 
work, It would scan for networks it would even connect to the 
internet once in a while but it would not work more than it 
would.  I changed cards and I have not had another problem.  
Tech-support told me that it was because the card that they had 
sent me did not like 7.2.  I am not putting down humanware , a 
mistake was made and it was not a big deal.  We are all human.  I 
love humanware , I am merely trying to help you.  It took me a 
month to figure this one out and many hours on the phone with 
tech-support.  I hope you get something figured out.  Good luck
