Yes, I reset it a few times, and it worked for a while and for some reason
the error message and blank document occurred again. I wonder if there is a
bug in keysoft or perhaps I need to reinstall keysoft 7.2.

I have tried using rtf format and it comes up with the exception error just
like it happened with word format. This occurred when I saved braille
keyword document as a word or rtf file. I frequently use my braillenote in
the field as a rehab teacher and have written many reports with mpower. It
certainly a great tool.

Hello all, I run into trouble with saving document in word format. I
