He might be referring to the Temp Internet
ediles (you'll need to go to KeyWeb, go to
Internet OptionsInternet File
Management/Delete Temp files and delete these
files; you'll need to do it at least twice a
week, as these files may slow down your
BrailleNote).

directory or are they placed in
a different directory? This might work.

I have tried using rtf format and it comes
up with the exception error

like it happened with word format. This
occurred when I saved braille
keyword document as a word or rtf file. I
frequently use my braillenote
in
the field as a rehab teacher and have
written many reports with mpower.
It
certainly a great tool.
