Hi Nicky,
If you use the users guide in the braillenote you can learn everything you
ever wanted to know about computer braille and the BN.
Hit chord O for options, then u.
Then hit I for index.
Hit c to jump to the ones starting with c and then space bar until you hear
"computer braille reference."
Hit enter.
You will be in appendix d (at least on the PK, the appendix letter may be
different with other models) which will give you all the computer braille
codes.
You can also find it by using the book reader, going to the keysoft system
disk, manual folder and look for the appendix for computer braille.
Happy reading,
Richard

Subject: [Braillenote] Computer braille

Good evening everyone,

I am really going to show my ignorance with this question but oh
well. I have spent the last couple of years learning braille and
am now fairly competant though not very quick with grade 2. My
question is this. What exactly does the BN mean by "computer
braille"? I do understand the various symbols used in reference
to computer terms and the internet. I don't really understand
what it means to enter things in computer braille though. Since
I use a QT keyboard, I know this isn't something I am really
affected by but I just would like to understand it. Thanks to
anyone who would care to explain this to me. You are welcom to
e-mail me privately at [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Sincerely,
Nikki B.
