Hi Cindy and others; I just bought my first maintenance agreement in February. $500 sure is a lot, when your not sure if anything is going to go wrong. Just think how much that adds up to in a few years. Even when an agency buys the BN for us, there sure is a lot of cost to keep it upgraded and in working order. I lucked out with a worenty on my original unit and then one on my transplant. Terry Powers
