These high prices for repairs are absolutely outrageous for the average person. It's obvious that these companies cater to agencies for the most part, so if they're going to charge such high prices for repairs--why not have one price for agencies, and give the average person who is spending their own money a break with at least a somewhat lower cost for repairs.
One would think there could be at least some incentive other than pride for people who spend their own money rather than tax dollars for their equipment.
