Unfortunately, when a product is released, it doesn't mean everyone instantly receives their new software. One day this may be true but it is still fairly time intensive for us to update your on-line map database credentials and to download your serialized software and email it to you.
It would really help if people would not call or email to ask the status of their upgrade. This just slows down the process as there is often some phone tag involved. Once the office has sent out all the upgrades we have in the cue, we will let the list know. If you haven't received your upgrade by then, we will happily like to hear from you.
