I've been surprised and disappointed at the anxed, outrage,
negativity and Criticism of Humanware because they want to
replace the battery in the Braille Note.
Surely when one spends close to $10'000 Australian on a piece of
equipment you'd want to make sure that a person who is trained
expertly in the area of Braille Note maintenance is the one
working on it! To have the opportunity to have the unit cleaned
and serviced is surely going to contribute to the optimal use of
such a product to Humanware's valued client?
Comparing changing the battery in the Braille Note to that in a
mobile phone, (cell phone) surely emphasises how proposterous
this way of thinking is!
