Chris, I am not surprised that you can't get the radio to work, even in the UK. My husband and I are in the U.S. and we can't get it to work either. Actually, I haven't even tried and my husband can't even get our community college station and we live extremely close, I would say within a half mile or less, to the radio station and its receiver.
