Hello Marilee,
Highlight the file as though you were going to open it and press read+i.
The Voicenote will ask if you are sure you want to erase the file; press y.

Hi All,
I have a question that is probably really simple. I have a VoiceNote
Classic
and I want to delete a document. I want the whole document, including the
document name, to be deleted. I am keeping client files by their names and
this client has been closed out. How do I do this? Thanks. I read in the
manual about deleting, but I could not find how to delete the whole thing.
