It is not the same keystrokes with the BT and QT when deleting documents.
It's backspace with c on the BT and read with i on the QT.

Since I have a BT unit (BrailleNote mPower BT), I'll give you the keyboard
commands for that particular type of keyboard.
1. In the main menu, open the Wordprocessor with w.
2. Press o to select and activate the open a document option.
3. Find the document in question using the standard file manager
keystrokes, then press backspace with c.
4. KeySoft will prompt, "Delete document. Sure?"; just press y or n at
this point. note that document refers to the actual name of the document.

and I want to delete a document. I want the whole document, including the
document name, to be deleted. I am keeping client files by their names
