I was not on about the main file manager; I was on about the file manager

Another way is to go into the file menu, enter on Erase file, then select
the drive, folder and file name as usual. BrailleNote will prompt: "delete
filename, sure?" press Y to confirm.
And you can also use Chris's method in the Directory in File Manager.

Since I have a BT unit (BrailleNote mPower BT), I'll give you the keyboard
commands for that particular type of keyboard.
1. In the main menu, open the Wordprocessor with w.
2. Press o to select and activate the open a document option.
3. Find the document in question using the standard file manager
keystrokes,
then press backspace with c.
4. KeySoft will prompt, "Delete document. Sure?"; just press y or n at
this
point. note that document refers to the actual name of the document.
