I have no spam blocker on my account. I could set one up, but I would rather just delete the junk and not miss any important messages.

Have a great day,
Alex

Alex, I am new on the list, but I am fairly certain the source of
the problem is in some type of spam guard system. Depending on
your isp and the settings, some of your messages will be diverted
to a bulk mail folder which you can access through web mail.
That is the case with my carrier AT&T, and probably the same with
some others. The emails that were sent to bulk were any that
included a forward. I turned it off, and am not getting any
spam,
just the forwards.

No help, but this happens to me as well, from 7.2 (maybe 7.0)
onwards.

Have a great day,
Alex

Subject: [Braillenote] mystery missing messages

I have recently noticed something weird with my incoming mail.
For example, Key Mail will report four new messages on the
server, grab them, and then say three new messages. That is
indeed all I have in the in box but looking in the trash and
other places doesn't reveal the missing message. Does anyone
have
any experience or ideas about what is going on here?
By the way, I'm still using KeySoft 7.20.
Thanks for any help.
Richard Ehrler
