Hi Joseph, Jim, and Peggy! Thanks so much for the tip about the service reset! It worked perfectly! All is wonderful now! I know that there are many many things about the BN that I don't know, but how did you discover the Service Reset? I'm sure it's in the documentation somewhere, but I've never seen it, or if I did, it obviously didn't stick! LOL! Anyway, thanks again!
