Ottawa Canada While the Mpower documentation says the Service Reset should only be done at the request of Humanware tech support, I can't think of anyone who has wrecked their unit by performing it at other times.
Tech Support has advised me it is unwise to perform back to back resets as a flag is set when a reset is performed and only cleared when you are returned to the Main Menu. Performing a reset while a reset is in progress may fire the infinite reset loop detector, disabling the unit and requiring a visit to a repair depot for manual resetting of the flag. Brian Brian K.
