Hi there,
The Service Reset is mentioned in Appendix c. According to the
Manual, you should not perform this unless told by tech support
staff. This reset is the last resort if something goes wrong.
Do you want me (or someone else) to describe to you what it
actually does?
Cheers,
Joseph

>Thanks so much for the tip about the service reset! It worked
perfectly! All is wonderful now! I know that there are many
many things about the BN that I don't know, but how did you
discover the Service Reset? I'm sure it's in the documentation
somewhere, but I've never seen it, or if I did, it obviously
didn't stick! LOL! Anyway, thanks again!
