Here is what you need to do to fix your problem. Go to your
keylist folder. Hit space with x twice to tell the pk to show
all files. Use your space bar to go to something called email
folders dot cdb. Once you are on that file hit backspace with c
to delete it. Then hit a plain reset. This should fix your
problem although you will lose all email and all email folders
for the exception of the ones that are already built in the unit.
I suspect your email folders have somehow gotten corrupted.

Hello, try deleting keysoft.ksd and do a standard reset right
after that. Starting with 7.5, keysoft.ksd no longer contains
some email data. Keysoft.ksd is in the dictionaries folder on
the
flash disk, and contains all your settings. Deleting it will not
erase any personal files, or any of that. Hth!

Tonight I was collecting email on my PK and it froze up so I did
a C3 C4 reset and when it came back up it was back to factory
defaults. I had done a backup earlier today so I restored the
back up and got all my settings and stuff back however now I
can't access any of my email folders.
When I try and go into a email folder or see how many messages I
have in one I get the message "access is denied". I have deleted
the email folders.cdb and done a C3 C4 reset. I have tried
restoring the back up again and I have done a C1 C4 reset a
number of times but none of this has fixed the problem.
So I was hoping that some one would have a suggestion to fix
this? I am running keysoft 7.2 build 47. I'm not going to
upgrade
to 7.5 until they have fixed keysinc because I use it too much to
go without it.
