My MPower BT has to be sent back for repairs as I tried fixing it and
it didn't work. The Braille display is clean and working like a charm,
but the buttons are still jammed. I was wondering what I need to send
back besides the BrailleNote? Do I need to send all of the things that
came with it back or do I just put the PDA in its original box and
send it back along with the warranty registration card? Also, do I
need to tell Tech Support what is happening before I send it so they
will know? Thanks for the help.
