What happens when you try to connect the PK via ActiveSync? I often get the message about the USB port malfunctioning, so I just keep trying and keep taking the cable in and out until it connects. Also, sometimes, doing a regular c3 and c4 reset with the cable plugged in helps. But, I may have to try various things ten or fifteen times to get ActiveSync to work. Vicky Collins [EMAIL PROTECTED]
