Well, you've probably done all these, but I'll suggest them, anyway. Sticking with the USB connection, have you checked on the BN in utilities menu/miscellaneous options setup list/ActiveSync connection, to confirm the connection is set to USB? Have you tried rebooting the PC? Have you perhaps tried using another USB cable? Also on the PC in ActiveSync under file menu/connection settings, do you have the box checked to allow for USB connections? Vicky Collins [EMAIL PROTECTED]
