At the moment I'm getting nothing when I connect the Pk. I did
get the message about the Usb device mal functioning at the start
but after that I've got nothing. I did try taking out the cord
and putting it back in a number of times but still I get nothing.
Any other suggestions?

What happens when you try to connect the PK via ActiveSync? I
often get the
message about the USB port malfunctioning, so I just keep trying

taking the cable in and out until it connects. Also, sometimes,

regular c3 and c4 reset with the cable plugged in helps. But, I

try various things ten or fifteen times to get ActiveSync to
work.

Hi, got my PK back today and now I have upgraded it back to 7.2
build 47 I can't connect to active sync. I have tried through

USB and through Cereal but the computer doesn't recognised it
either way. I have done a C3, C4 reset and a C1, C4 reset while
the PK was connected to my PC but still no luck.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I need it for syncing my
calendar and contacts with both my Braillenotes.
