Armando, 

What are you installing KeySync onto? From the error message it sounds like the 
BrailleNote, if this is the case this is a .exe that
is meant for the PC.

Kevin, I did install ks 7.5 build 27 no problem, it's keysync that I cannot 
install on the pk. Thanks.
