Hello,
I also echo my thanks and congratulations for an excellent upgrade to
Keysoft 7.5 as well as keysync.
The only problem I had with the keysync upgrade was that as it was
installing I got the message:
Looking for a file: NetFramework.gip
File "NetFramework.gip" was not found. Please specify it's location.
If you are
installing the application from disks - insert the disk which
contains this file.
I remembered hearing that file name mentioned after entering on the
keysync link on the Humanware web page. So I just clicked on the
keysync link and found the file there ready for download.
I then started the installation of keysync again and it found the
file it needed and completed the installation.
I do have one other question.
Maybe its because this is the first time with new files, but I was
asked to choose between keysoft contacts and my outlook contacts on
the Pc for every single contact item.
I hope this is not a regular request for future syncings!

First, I'd like to say thank you to Humanware for finally getting this
release out. I was quite angry yesterday when we got yet another, in a too
long a series of "coming soon" messages. But, this time, it was soon. So,
thank you for that.
I have one question that I've never quite understood when synchronizing only
the planner.
Why is it, when you select "No" to synchronizing contacts in the
Synchronization options on the BrailleNote PK (in this case) and only select
future appointments in the planner; when Outlook pops up with this warning
message that a program is trying to access e-mail addresses, and do you want
to give permission for it to do so?
There is nothing in the planner that has anything to do with the e-mail
contacts. It certainly isn't a big deal, just curious.
I also have one Instruction correction to suggest.
In the instructions for the PK, it says:
"8. KeySoft will announce and display: "BrailleNote PK upgrade:
installation complete. To continue, press reset." Reset your PK by pressing
and holding down the two control keys known as C1 and C4 (consult the
BrailleNote mPower PK User Guide if you need further details about these
keys),..."
I would think, whoever is in charge of editing these instructions, might
have noticed the reference to the " BrailleNote mPower PK User Guide," and
removed the word mPower.
In any case, obviously only the PK has those keys, but this is one of those
little things that could be very confusing to a brand new user.
In any case, my first run with the Keysync 3 and Keysoft 7.5 Build 27 went
well. So, I truly do appreciate that.
