This is turning in to a real public relations nightmare for HumanWare, and I hope someone there realizes it. But actions such as this may be one reason among many that John is with Freedom Scientific now. A person like that just does not jump ship for no reason. Now I also imagine that they gave him a huge bonus for jumping ship. Nevertheless, one have to wonder if he did not at least sense some of this coming down the road and wanted no part of it.

No, what has happened is that communication has broken down in the
U.S. office, and until Humanware sorts out who is to communicate with
customers and when, we will continue to have this problem.

Although I found Maurice's information helpful, he makes no mention of
the real problem here. The problem isn't the lack of parts. That was
an inevitability. The problem is that there was no communication
about this. Until or unless Humanware assures us as to whom their
public relations person is, what his/her contact info is, and that he
or she will be handling press releases to customers in a timely
fashion, they have not fulfilled their obligations to us, their
customers. They need another Jonathan Mosen.
