Dear Kerri and list:

Thanks for the observation that the DHCP error seems to occur
after you have connected, or tried to connect, to someone else's
wireless network then return home.

If this error doesn't occur when you try to connect to someone
else's network, I wonder if the problem is something configured
incorrectly on your wireless modem or router?

Just a thought and you may want to discuss this problem with
Humanware Tech Support.
