Brian,
Well, I'm not sure if it's something configured incorrectly or not, but I could call tech support to see if they may have any ideas. I wonder why it doesn't do this when I try to connect to someone else's, and when I return home it does it? It was my husband who noticed that, thanks to him. So, I have no idea what to even look for as far as settings with my router and modem. I don't know if it would be in the settings on my pc or if you have to actually physically switch something off or on. Who knows.
Kerri
