Hello All: Here's a little more information on the Keysync 3.0 problem I have been having. When I get the message that "keysoft.exe has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down," I also get "exception 0XC0000005. Also, I recently acquired my Moto Q Smart Phone and it synced the contacts from my phone into Outlook, including contacts that have no e-mail addresses with them.
Also, the BN seems to get through the first about 10 records on my contact book before giving me the Fatal Application Error message. I tried the 4-5-6 reset and this did not solve the problem. Also, when I installed Keysync 3.0, I had uninstalled Keysync 2.0 first, and I did re-boot the PC when I installed Keysync 3.0. Any ideas?
