Hi list, I have a question my friend will kitto is using a braille note classic bt thirty two running keysoft version 5 and for some reason the braille display stopped working yesterday morning at work. I'm writing this on behalf of a friend. He has tried the verious resets and the display still does not work. What should he do about this problem. This briaille note is on loan to him from his councelor.
It is important that he gets the braille display to work so he can do his job with out sited assistance. Any help will be grately appreciated.
