Brandon, I would do like Dave suggest, run through the 456/JKL Reset and Service Reset, you will want to ensure that it is plugged into the mains, so the unit doesn't crash or loose power, especially with the Service Reset. This seemed to work for Dave, if this still doesn't work, I would phone HumanWare Tech Support on Monday.
