Hi Catherine, First, the file is downloaded to Temporary Internet Files folder, which is located at KeySoft System Disk. Right after folder name prompt, you should get "Download Filename" prompt; press ENTER and KeyWeb shoul display progress messages. The "Save Page" command lets you save the curent page that you are viewing. To add the link you are looking at, use Favorites Menu (ENTER with dots 2-3-5 on BT/PK) (I forgot the QT command) then choose "Create favorite from, current (curently viewing) link." Cheers, Joseph

A file download dialog comes up and asks me where I want to download the file to, press Enter for downloads. I press Enter but nothing happens, so I press space with e. Then there are lots of progress beeps. Do these indicate that the file is being downloaded? Do I just need to wait? Also I'm unclear about what the "save page" command does. If I want to save a page, do I do the save page command when I'm looking at it? Or do I pdo save page when I'm on the link to the page I want to save?
