Huh? It does on my mPower! I selected Eloquence as my speech
synthesizer, created a Keyword document, changed the input language
to French, typed some punctuation characters and bang! Eloquence
switched to the French synthesizer and spoke punctuation in French.
I'm sure these bugs are in build 28 you know, as I have build 20 on
this machine.
