Hi John,
These files under Dictionaries are for
working with KeySoft (especially when using
foreign braille codes).
Don't mess with keysoft.ksd - deleting it
will result in ALL your settings going back
to factory defaults (few exceptions exists).
The files under Dictionaries folder on Flash
Disk is part of KeySoft ROM image. Once this
folder is gone, the next time you reset your
unit, it will come back.
