You should be able to delete all the files in File Manager using the *.* wild card characters. But I believe you will have to delete each directory's contents separately then remove the directory once it is empty. I think the BrailleNote has a Format program on its system disk, you could try running that on the flash disk and may be able to delete absolutely everything in one fell swoop. The format program is not in a KeySoft menu, but on the KeySoft system disk. Brian Brian K.
