I don't believe you can create non-standard tables for languages which
aren't supported by the BN. I wouldn't advise modifying any table because
it would be extremely dangerous because you might ruin your software.
I would advise that you use a PC for writing in Turkish. You can always
plug your BN into the PC if you want to use your BN as a braille display
to see in braille what you are writing.
The full version of Duxbury Braille Translator for Windows has many
foreign language tables for translating foreign languages from print to
braille. However, it isn't possible to translate a foreign language
braille file created using the BANA rules into print. These rules require
foreign languages to be written in grade 1 braille plus special symbols
for accents and punctuation. This is because here in the US braille books
for foreign languages are written in grade 1 braille plus the symbols for
accents and punctuation. Computer braille isn't used at all.
