Sharon, If the fiels that you are trying to sync are in KeySoft format or some other format that the PC isn't familiar with then it won't work. If you are planning on doing a lot of this kind of thing where you are working on the same documents on both the BrailleNote and PC then I would recommend just working on the Word format as it is possible to input using Grade 2 on the BrailleNote in that format after going into Review Options.
