Sharon, The feature of converting between the file types within ActiveSync is to be used with pocket versions of Office. For example, Pocket Excel, Word, PowerPoint and so on. I don't believe that this will work with KeySoft formats, but if you do find a way of making it work, do let the list know.

When using active sync to move files from your BN to the PC they can be converted to a format that the PC will read then when they are moved back they are in pocket word format so then you would have to use your tip with reviewing options.
