Sharon, 

The feature of converting between the file types within ActiveSync is to be
used with pocket versions of Office. For example, Pocket Excel, Word,
PowerPoint and so on. I don't believe that this will work with KeySoft
formats, but if you do find a way of making it work, do let the list know.

Hi kevin, that is actually not totally correct. When using active sync to
move files from your BN to the PC they can be converted to a format that the
PC will read then when they are moved back they are in pocket word format so
then you would have to use your tip with reviewing options.

I think you need to make sure that the file will be converted with a setting
in active sync.
