Keysoft.ksd was the file, but beware
deleeting it will cause the bn to go to
its default settings, so back up everything
just in case.

Well, I now have the upgrade to 7.5 build 27
on my BN classic.
So far, I
really enjoy it. However, I do have one
question for anyone who
will be
kind enough to lend some assistance. <grin>
I know this topic
was recently
covered on this list, but unfortunately, I
have had some trouble
locating
the relevant messages when performing a
search on the subject.
In any case,
I am now receiving the error "access denied"
when attempting to
read, move
or delete Email. Seems to me there was a
particular file that
needed to be
deleted in order to correct this problem, but
thanks to my faulty
short-term
memory, I do not recall the name of the file.
I apologize for
the redundant
thread, but I'm feeling a little lost at the
moment.
Thanks in advance for any assistance you may
be able to offer.
