Hi Sean,
Have you tried performing Soft Reset
(pressing the Reset button behind the power
switch) while the card is in the slot? Have
you also tried performing Reset with dots
4-5-6 (JKL) while the card is inserted? I
heard these resets solves this kind of
problem.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Wireless card not
recognized.
Hello, I am new to this list and have been
reading posts for a few days. My Name is
Sean.
I've only had the BrailleNote for about
three months, so please excuse
me if I'm asking a stupid question. I
have read quite a bit of the
manual, but not all of it.
However, I have been using the wireless
card for getting my email and
now, suddenly the BrailleNote is saying
that my card isn't recognized.
I've been extremely gentle and careful
with all the equipment. Do I need
to reinstall the wireless software? The
card appears to look normal. the =
BrailleNote still recognizes the flash
and Ethernet cards. So, I'm just =
kind of curious what I need to do. this
will be my first time installing =
something on the BrailleNote if I end up
having to do that. I'm really =
hoping I don't have to do that, but will
do whatever I need to. the last =
thing I want to do is mess something
up.Any instruction would be great. =
thanks.=20
Sean
