First of all, there's no such thing as a stupid question. I
sometimes get
the card not recognized message. Just do a reset while the
wireless card is
still in the machine and then try again. That works for me.

Hello, I am new to this list and have been reading posts for a

I've only had the BrailleNote for about three months, so

me if I'm asking a stupid question. I have read quite a bit

manual, but not all of it.
However, I have been using the wireless card for getting my
email and
now, suddenly the BrailleNote is saying that my card isn't
recognized.
I've been extremely gentle and careful with all the
equipment. Do I need
to reinstall the wireless software? The card appears to look
normal. the

BrailleNote still recognizes the flash and Ethernet cards.
