Those resets that Joseph and other mentioned do work. Also
sometimes if you have another card like a cf card in at the same
time that might cause the wireless card to be not recignized. Do
you use your wireless card in the side or back slot? That might
make a difference too sometimes. I always use mine in the side
slot but I know it works in the back.

I've only had the BrailleNote for about three months, so
