Hi, everybody,
Oh, I'm terrified. My Braille note PK is unresponsive. I used it yesterday,
maybe it was the day before, then today, I put it on to charge before I left
the house. When I tried to use it while riding on the subway, nothing happened.
I tried the reset holding down the two right side buttons, but nothing. It
feels like all the braille pins are sort of partway up.
What should I do? Please, please tell me the news is not bad! I don't know
how I'd get through life without the Pk!
