Hi, Have you tried turning it off with C1 and C4, you should get
the word off on the display then you use the same keys to turn it
back on again.
See if this works.

Hi, everybody,
Oh, I'm terrified. My Braille note PK is unresponsive. I used
it yesterday, maybe it was the day before, then today, I put it
on to charge before I left the house. When I tried to use it
while riding on the subway, nothing happened. I tried the reset
holding down the two right side buttons, but nothing. It feels
like all the braille pins are sort of partway up.
What should I do? Please, please tell me the news is not bad!
I don't know how I'd get through life without the Pk!
