Last year, or possibly the year before, Humanware announced that
they would no longer offer display cleaning at the National
Conventions due to the limited facilities there not being
adequate to do a proper job.  What changed from the year before
when they did display cleaning and that year I do not know.
Possibly the anticipated volume of displays to be cleaned,
possibly increased requirements to clean the gunk off of the
pins, but for whatever reason, Humanware did not provide display
cleaning at any of the national conventions last year.

At least this was the case with Humanware USA.  Think I heard
their other divisions, such as Europe, Australia and New Zealand
also discontinued display cleaning at conventions there, like
Sight Village in the UK.
