Actually, it was the cleanings, as told to me by a Humanware Rep at the
convention.  They used to do repairs and it was to difficult to get
parts.

I personally don't know why they can't still do cleanings (without
replacing
anything) and simply let us know if we need to send the units in later
for other work.
